I was a new patient setting up a initial review. They were able to pull my wisdom tooth that same day which is exactly what I wanted instead of making multiple trips delaying the outcome. I am very pleased this company doesn’t waste your time when they know the issue. Thank you very much!!!

Love this dental office!
This was our second visit to this office. My son, who is 7, had some pain in his tooth last night so we called this morning. They were able to see us at 10am, which was wonderful. The visit went smoothly despite this being his first cavity filling. Everyone was so kind and understanding with a very nervous little boy. Thanks so much.

I was so please with Dr. Barrows work that I sent my brother for treatment as well.. Dr. Barrows was able to complete all of my cavities in one visit. He also put in those white fillings that match my tooth color. I was pleased that he did it all in one visit so now I don’t need any more time off from work. He is a true professional.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Friendly Dental at Rivergate. I know that is not something you would normally hear after a dental appointment. The staff and the service was TOP NOTCH! Everyone from the front desk to the dentists were extremely nice and FRIENDLY. Both my son and I had appointments and we were very impressed with our services. The environment was pleasant and very professional. I will refer everyone I know to Friendly Dental.

I did leave comments + feedback here before but I want to do it again after my recent visit yesterday. This dentist is great! I recommend it to everybody whos looking for nice staff and good service and a friendly doctor. Everything is handled very professionally here at Friendly Dental Rivergate. The name is true, very friendly staff here. Modern office and equipment Competent Doctor. I only made good experiences here and will stay with this dentist now after I changed two times before from other dentists in the past 2 years.
From the moment I walked in I knew I would like these Doctors.. the staff was friendly and warm and although the office was very busy I did not have to wait long to be seen.. I had a broken Veneer from a slip and fall accident and Dr Nagle was able to make me a new one and it came out great. I can’t wait to get a complete smile makeover. But that will have to wait. I would highly recommend this office.
I had my first ever cavity filled yesterday. I was understandably a little nervous about the procedure. Everyone at the office was extremely kind and explained everything as they were doing it. It wasn’t as bad as I feared, but sometimes fear of the unknown is worse than anything. Thanks to everyone there, they helped alleviate that! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.
I went to the office in Rivergate. Awesome service, awesome staff, awesome massage chairs. This was by far the best dental visit that me and my family have ever had. The equipment was high tech, the seats were comfortable, and the staff was amazingly!!! I will never go anywhere else.

As a first time patient, I was pleasantly welcomed at Friendly Dental. I received a thorough and painless check up, complete with digital xrays. Proactive suggestions were made in regards to my future dental health and I recieved an immediate cost review to see what the procedure would run after insurance. My teeth were impeccably cleaned by a consciencious hygienist and I have the best after-cleaning feeling in my mouth that I have had in many years. Friendly Dental of Ballantyne lives up to their name. I am glad I made the switch.

The staff at Friendly Dental was excellent. They worked with my insurance and I was able in a very short time period to get an appointment and to have the dental work done that I needed. They were able to maximize my dental insurance and called and worked with my insurance company for some specific work I needed to have done. Everyone in the office was friendly, helpful and cordial. I give them an excellent rating.
This is for Friendly Dental of Rivergate: The staff was friendly and personable, Dr. Patel was thorough and respected my time. I was in and out for x-rays, full exam and cleaning in 45 minutes. I really appreciated that. It was hard for me to change dentists, I’d been with the same one for years but Friendly Dental of Rivergate was much more convenient and again, the staff was outstanding.
Excellent – esp the dental hygenist – and Dr. Wolfff – very gentle and no pain.

I Love Dr. D! (David Heidenreich) that is. I loathe going to the dentist but this is the first Dentist in 35 years that I’ve come to feel comfortable with. I don’t cringe in my chair or clench my fists…because I feel comfortable being there! He’s a sweetheart and a professional too!

I must say I hate going to the dentist. This was my first visit to this office (recommended by my husband) and I felt very comfortable. Everyone in the office is very nice and professional. I’m not even dreading going back as much as I have in the past. If you are looking for a new dentist, give them a try. You will be glad you did!
